Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase from UNTAMD. We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Additionally:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team:

You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return label.
Once received:
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Attach the provided return label
- Send the parcel via Royal Mail or a trackable service

Please note:
- A £2.70 return label fee will be deducted from your refund
- UNTAMD is not liable for items lost in transit; we strongly recommend using a tracked service
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- The refund amount will be less the return label fee (£2.70)
- Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of your return for processing
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately at:

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days.
